Hi, I’m Dani and welcome to my world of cocktails!

As a dedicated private bartender with over a decade in the industry, I am extremely passionate about crafting elevated cocktail experiences for events of all kinds. My approach combines creativity, personality and professionalism to deliver an unforgettable sipping experience for you and your guests.

In 2023, I was honoured to be named the Canadian national champion of the Giffard West Cup global bartending competition and represented my country on the international stage in France. My work has been featured in publications such as Canada’s Top 100, ELLE, and Whistler’s Pique magazine. I’ve also shared my expertise on The Industry Podcast and performed guest residencies at several bars among Canada’s Top 50.

After years of working behind some of the country’s finest bars, I launched this solo venture to offer a more personalized experience. I specialize in combining approachable yet sophisticated flavours, ensuring each drink is as aesthetically stunning as it is delicious. Every detail from the ingredients to the presentation is carefully curated to align with your vision and enhance your event’s atmosphere.

In addition to cocktail service, I offer interactive cocktail classes, perfect for those seeking a unique, hands-on experience. You and your guests can learn bartending basics, discover cocktail history, and craft and sip on drinks of your own, adding an engaging, memorable touch to your event.
